    Shipping & Returns


    We charge a base rate for shipping based on the Order Total with additional surcharges for bulky items such as Baths & Toilets.

    Base Shipping Fees

    R 0.00 - R 5,000R 275.00
    R 5,001 - R 15,000R 475.00
    R 15,001 - R 25,000R 600.00
    R 25,000 +FREE

    *Additional Shipping surcharges for bulky items will be in addition to the above rates.  These fees will be listed on the Product's Page, in the Specs tab.

    Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

    Local Pickup

    Local pickup from any of our 3 showrooms is available at no charge.  Please select this option at checkout and indicate the showroom you'd like to collect from.  We'll notify you via email when your completed order is ready for collection.  We have showrooms in Woodmead, Fourways, & Pretoria.  Click here to view location details.


    Sanitaryware Centre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    Undeliverable packages

    Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment, at the buyer’s expense.

    Order processing

    Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

    Refunds/returns Policy

    Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for the costs to return the package to our warehouse. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.  The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 30 calendar days. Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been checked and deemed to be in good condition.

    Damaged goods must be reported by email within 24 hours after delivery has taken place. Unless otherwise stated goods are deemed to have been received in good working order.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable

    We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds or returns on the following products

    • Toilet seats
    • Used items, as determined by us
    • Any damaged item, not declared damaged within 24 hours of receipt

    Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).  Refunds will be made in accordance with the original payment method.   Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reflect after we’ve received your item(s)

    Please note:  Return shipping can be costly on large items like baths. Please ensure your items’ style and size will be suitable for your installation before ordering.

    International customers need to make their own arrangements for returns and should make use of a courier that offers:

    1. Shipment tracking

    2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
